Dr. Gary Keller holds a Ph.D. in Business Administration from Northcentral University in the United States. Dr. Keller also holds a Master in Management Science (Cardinal Stritch University) and a second Master in History (University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee).

Dr. Keller is presently a tenured Associate Professor at Cardinal Stritch University located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA. He has taught on a full-time basis at the university for the past 13 years. Dr. Keller teaches global business policy and strategic management, management and leadership and organizational behavior at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In 2002, the accreditation agency ACBSP, the Accreditation Council of Business School Programs, selected Dr. Keller as the Midwest Region 4 Teacher of the Year. From 1996 – 2003 Dr. Keller taught adult learners within two American university business programs in Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong. Dr. Keller has written curricula for several universities and serves as a Master thesis director directing the capstone papers of more than 600 students. Dr. Keller also teaches research methodology courses for doctoral students at Northcentral University.

As part of Dr. Keller’s scholarly and consulting work, he has more than 22 articles published in peer reviewed national and international scholarly and professional publications and has presented at more than 20 juried academic conferences. Dr. Keller is also a member of several Review Boards that jury submissions to academic conferences such as the International Academy of Business and Economics, the Academic Business World and the North American Management Association and has served as a discussant and session chair at numerous academic conferences.
Professionally, Dr. Keller has for the past 14 years accumulated valuable experience as a management, leadership and strategic management consultant with several international assignments. Some of Dr. Keller’s clients include Club Car (Augusta, GA), Kenosha Beef International, United Airlines and Bucyrus International (Project Management courses in the U.S., Great Britain, S. Africa, Australia and Chile). He has also led many not-for-profit organizations in strategic planning initiatives.

Dr. Keller’s teaching philosophy is best captured by the ancient Japanese philosopher Miyamoto Musashi (1600 – 1640) who stated:
“Learning is the gate, not the house. When you see the gate, don’t think it is the house. You have to go through the gate to get to the house, which is behind it. Since learning is a gate, when you read books don’t think this is the Way. This misconception has made many people remain ignorant of the Way no matter how much they study and how many words they know.”
