Accelerated Bachelor of Business Administration (ABBA)

bba The ABBA is a general program that develops a thorough understanding of business in its different aspects. It is ideal for candidates with extensive experience who do not possess the appropriate academic qualifications, and who wish to obtain them by expanding their knowledge in the various fields of business. The program is strongly oriented towards the practical application of theory, rather than on theory itself. It is a combination of academic content adapted for the experienced working professional, coupled with extensive academic and industry related exposure.
Curriculum is a-la-carte, with the student and our Academic Counselors establishing in each case an individual academic plan adapted to your profile.
In the fields where you have direct business experience, credits will be granted. In those in which you have related business experience, you will pursue the final exams only. The other courses will be taken as normal.

Admission at Swiss Management Center sets minimum criteria which have been designed to identify applicants who have sound academic potential and who show creativity, critical thinking, social and moral values, evidence of English language proficiency and strong motivation.

Successful applicants must fulfill the following criteria:

High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. Matura, Abitur, Baccalaureat)
Proficiency in English.

The deposit is payable before commencement of the program. Each monthly installment is payable on the last working day of each month.

Attention: due to tax laws, we have to charge the swiss VAT for students living in Switzerland for all payment options.

Tuitions valid from Jan. 16, 2012

The Bachelor Degree is granted following the successful completion of the subjects, the accumulation of a minimum of 180 ECTS credits and the completion of a Final Thesis presented to the Defense committee of SMC. Students should achieve a minimum overall GPA of 2.0.
