Professor Kozlovski received his PhD from the University of London (University College London) in 2003, specialising in Management, Economics and Engineering of Communications and e-Business. In 1998, having won the British Chevening Award of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Office, he completed a post-graduate research programme in Industsrial Economics and Management at London Metropolitan University (then, University of North London). Prior to that, he also earned the Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and MSc in Physics from Dnipropetrovsk National University, Ukraine.

Dr Kozlovski has fifteen years experience in transnational project management, strategy and management consultancy in both industrial and R&D environments. He has also been extensively involved in coordination of international academic programmes. Eugene’s collaboration with the University of Liverpool Management School includes positions of Programme Director from 2007 to 2010, Lectureship from 2006 to 2010, as well as Honorary Lectureship in 2011. He is visiting Professor at the Institute of Economics, National Mining University of Ukraine, and Academy of Customs Service of Ukraine. As a Senior Research Fellows at UCL in 2002-03, he made critical contributions to the design and modelling of novel Internet management infrastructures.

Eugene is Managing Director and founder of a London-based project management and e-Business innovations consultancy. His clients include major Telecom, Mass-media and IT companies. Since 2000 for over four years, he had acted as Project Director in key multinational activities within the EU IST WINMAN Consortium, formed by Alcatel – Lucent Technologies (Netherlands), Telefonica (Spain), OTE Consulting (Greece), Portugal Telecom and other leading ICT and media organisations. For this large-scale programme, co-funded by the European Commission, Eugene managed the development of novel business models, strategies and software products for advanced telecom management and business operations support infrastructures, delivering value-added telemedia and e-business services.

His findings have been presented extensively at leading international peer-reviewed conferences and published in refereed books, such as Kluwer/Springer Academic Book Series, and journals. He regularly acts as an invited speaker at major international symposia, business forums and in the media, and is an invited referee for highly-regarded US and European journals (e.g. IEEE Journal of Selected Areas in Communications). Dr. Kozlovski’s profile has been published in the reference books “Who is Who in Emerging Leaders” and “Who is Who in the World” (NJ, USA) by the invitation of editors. His awards include the Committee of Presidents and Vice-Chancellors of UK Universities Award (British ORS Award), UCL Graduate School Research Fellowship and EU IST Fellowship.
